We recommend booking our catering services at least 6 to 12 months in advance to ensure availability. Please be aware that if your venue is Granite Peak Ski lodge in Wausau or Camp Elsewhere in Waupaca,  there will be an added 19% service fee to all catering at that location, and a 5.5 % sales tax to all caterings added at time of contract. With regard to scheduling tastings - we encourage family to participate but we do try to limit the tasting to four or five guests unless previously arranged.  Sturdy, disposable tableware is included in all caterings unless specified for fine china.
*Lunches or caterings booked less than two business days prior to event are subject to a 20% short-notice charge.
*A delivery fee will be added for deliveries under $300.00 outside Wood county.
*Prices subject to 5.5% Sales Tax & 20 % Service Charge.
*A 3% discount will apply if the invoice is paid (in full) with cash or check on or before the day of the event. A 5% military discount will be applied if mentioned.  

Yes, we can provide staff such as servers, bartenders, and chefs at your event for an additional charge. 

We specialize in a variety of cuisines including Italian, Mexican, American, and more. We can also create custom menus based on your preferences.
