Peter Schwechel grew up in the small town of Wisconsin Rapids. He immersed himself in the culinary world at the age of 24 in greater Milwaukee, working in various restaurants and working his way up through the culinary circuit. Peter graduated from Business School at Roger Williams University with a degree in Business Management. Peter traversed the country working in various restaurants and managing a successful corporate catering company in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Returning to Wisconsin in 2006, Peter again returned to school completing his RN Degree in 2013 and became certified in nutrition and wellness in relation to Cancer treatments and Diabetes. Peter fiercely supports the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, wellness and youth programs, as well as many other charities. Giving back to the community through hospitality, charity and care for Two Hearts guests and employees is a vital part of the Two Hearts Culture and near to Peters heart. He strives to foster continued benevolence towards the community as an ambassador of the company.
Lisa is a dynamic leader with over 20 years of experience in the business and corporate world, having worked for several fortune 5000 companies. Lisa graduated in 2017 with a degree in business and customer service. Through the years in the business world, Lisa has received several awards in top sales and customer service. With her firm knowledge in customer relations, Lisa expanded this knowledge base through training as a wedding and event planner. Now responsible for off site catering operations and weddings for various clients, Lisa leads the charge growing Two Hearts client base offering various executive and luxury services to our esteemed clientele. With a passion for excellence, food service and client relations, the Two Hearts mission and value statement is lived out every day. When not at work Lisa can be found going for walks on the trails, playing with the family dog or curled up with a good book with a love for reading.
Chef Paul has more then 20 years in the culinary world. Classically trained in both Italian cuisine and European fine dining as well as Greek, Chef Paul was instrumental in the early stages of developing Two Hearts menu and design. Under several master Chefs working both in RI and in Boston, Mass. Chef Paul quickly demonstrated natural talent for the culinary arts rising in the ranks. Chef Paul worked for several notable organizations including the Double Tree Hotel Group and Ciatttis Italian Restaurant. Chef Paul attended college in RI, completing a degree in Health, Wellness and athletics as well as a degree in computer programing and business. Chef Paul remains available as a consultant since transferring to North Carolina to assist with family matters. When not working in the business world, Chef Paul can be found in the test kitchen continuing with recipes to perfect and share. Chef Paul is joined by his wife of 22 years and step son. Chef Paul enjoys the outdoors, family time and walks with his dog.
Scott Keller
Corporate Executive Chef Scott Keller joined the team in 2023 along with his team. Now firmly at the helm of the Two Hearts kitchen, Chef Scott continues to provide only the finest culinary sensations to Central and greater Northern Wisconsin. Trained at the New England Culinary Institute, Chef Scott has trained under several master Chef's through the years honing his skills in both fine dining and Italian cuisine. Chef Keller oversees menu development, culinary leadership, general operations, and overall guest dining culture. Chef Scott's mentorship has created a positive culture in the kitchen spurring development and growth in our culinary team. Chef Keller's understanding of banquet fine dining operations, catering, menu development, and restaurant management have been vital to the company’s ongoing success. When Scott is not in the kitchen, he is volunteering his time with numerous charities and community events. Chef Scott also likes the open road and taking rides on his motorcycle.

Jodi Gellerman
Chef Jodi Gellerman has been with Two Hearts for over a year, coming to Two Hearts with a strong background in both restaurant management and culinary arts, as well as a passion for excellence in fine dining. Working for various companies which included PepsiCo corporation early on in her career moving on to the Mesquite Grill, and Clearwater Hotel and convention and Banquet Center gaining. valuable knowledge of food service ,fine dining and personal management. Chef Jodi is just the right person to lead Two Hearts as we continue our milestone growth.
Ashley Richmond
Ashley graduated from UW-La Crosse in 2011 with a Bachelor's degree in Broadcasting and Digital Communications. She has an extensive career background that includes past work in Television, Communications, Marketing, and Administrative roles. Ashley joined the Two Heart's team to assist with community outreach and engagement and to help maintain our growing, public brand. She currently resides in Plover with her husband and two young kids.
