Two Hearts organization was founded in 2018 by Local Restaurateur Peter Schwechel and his wife Lisa as well as Peters brother, classically trained Chef and restaurateur Paul Schwechel. Their family has grown from its humble beginnings in 2018 to a growing staff of 30+ including award winning Chef Scott Keller. Two Hearts provides premier, quality culinary services to the greater Central Wisconsin and surrounding metro areas.
